Job Description
The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will lead the Global Deal Desk Team. The Deal Desk team are responsible for supporting the end-to-end processes and related tasks built to boost the Basware Sales team’s performance. Working closely with Global Sales and cross functional departments such as Legal, Products & Services, and Billings. The Senior Manager will be responsible for supporting the team tactically with case management, while also driving strategic initiatives to streamline processes by establishing best practices and tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in providing comprehensive support to our Global Sales Team, such assisting with opportunity and quote creation, driving CRM issue resolution with the IT team, and addressing procedural questions.
- Build partnerships with cross-functional departments (Billing, Legal, Products & Services teams) to facilitate the deal process, including structuring quotes / agreements, approvals, and order management.
- Collaborate proficiently with various systems, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP CPQ, and M-Files CLM.
- Define Deal Desk processes and best practices to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate quote reviews and approvals in strict alignment with company policies and procedures, ensuring data consistency with Basware's internal systems.

Skills & Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in leading Operations or Finance teams.Experience working in Deal Desk, Sales or Finance Operations B2B SaaS business a plus.Innate problem-solving skills ability with an unwavering mindset.Experience in Software / Technology a plusEducation & Qualifications
Excellent English language skillsSalesforce, CPQExperience with AI Productivity Tools a plus
