As a Principal Engineer for Digital Design, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and quality of complex digital systems-on-chip (SoCs) for memory applications.

In your new role you will :

• Lead a team of digital designers, providing technical guidance , mentorship , and oversight to ensure successful SoC development
• Develop and execute technical strategies for digital IPs and SoC designs including architecture , RTL design , and DFT
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, verification, STA and software teams, to ensure successful SoC development
• Develop and mentor complex digital IP blocks , such as processors , peripherals , and interfaces
• Utilize industry-standard EDA tools , such as Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics
• Debug and resolve complex design issues, including timing , power , and area optimization
• Perform design reviews , providing constructive feedback and ensuring design quality
• Drive technical innovation and improvement, stay up to date with industry trends, and new design methodologies
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and junior mentoring within the digital design team to improve team performance
