Role Summary

We are looking for a junior to mid-level Lawyer to join the legal team of our client — a fast-growing fintech company in the crypto space. The role involves supporting legal and regulatory activities across jurisdictions, drafting commercial agreements, and assisting in compliance processes. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience at the intersection of law, finance, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with licensing and regulatory filings in various jurisdictions.

Draft and review commercial agreements (SaaS, partnerships, NDAs, service providers).

Conduct legal research and prepare memos on financial regulations, securities law, and virtual asset frameworks.

Support internal teams with day-to-day legal matters (marketing, product, operations).

Contribute to corporate governance and manage group entities' documentation.

Monitor legal developments in the crypto and fintech sectors.

Liaise with local counsel and regulators under the direction of the General Counsel.

Provide legal input on AML / CFT, data protection, and risk management frameworks.

Requirements

LLB or LLM degree.

2–4 years of legal experience in fintech, financial services, or an international law firm.

Understanding of or interest in crypto, blockchain, or emerging financial technologies.

Strong legal research and drafting skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Other languages are a plus.

Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
