What you’ll be doing

From the very first conversation with the client to post go-live support , you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth ERP implementations. Your role will cover :

Understanding business needs – engaging with clients, gathering requirements, and modeling processes

Bridging the gap – acting as the link between clients and the development team

Configuring the system – setting up Business Central and handling data migrations

Training & support – guiding users through the transition and helping them maximize the system’s potential

Mentoring – sharing your expertise and supporting junior colleagues

What we’re looking for

A client-oriented mindset and a passion for problem-solving

Experience working with ERP systems (Business Central or similar) in operational modules (Warehouse, Supply Chain, etc.)

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present ideas clearly

A collaborative approach – we love knowledge sharing and helping each other grow
