Job Title : Business Analyst Salesforce

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong Salesforce Service Cloud background to bridge business needs and technical solutions. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who can analyze requirements, define workflows and support Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for

Salesforce Service Cloud projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.

• Assist in designing and optimizing Salesforce workflows, process automation, and case management .
• Participate in solution design sessions, ensuring alignment with business goals and Salesforce best practices.
• Support the development and implementation of reports, dashboards, and KPIs within Salesforce.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met before deployment.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud features .
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and configuration changes.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and Salesforce developers to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience

in Salesforce Service Cloud .

Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard functionalities.

Knowledge of UAT processes and testing coordination.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote B2B setup .
