Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support business-critical solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite - Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-code development and a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)

Build and maintain workflow automations and system integrations using Power Automate

Develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports with Power BI to support decision-making

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine functional requirements

Ensure that all solutions comply with security, governance, and Microsoft best practices

Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power Platform applications

Stay up to date with emerging features and updates within the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystems

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelors degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development

Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps) and Power Automate

Proficient in Power BI including data modeling, DAX, and report creation

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services

Familiarity with Azure services and custom connectors is an advantage

Experience with Power Platform ALM and DevOps practices is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-400, or PL-300 are an advantage

Background in business analysis or process optimization is desirable
