As an Account Services Manager, your core objective is two-fold : Build long-term relationships with our client-base to maximize client satisfaction and minimize churn & maximize business growth from our customers.

You will liaise between customer and internal teams to ensure the above through, a smooth customer onboarding experience, client and license activation, and general adequate response to the customer needs.

What You'll Do

  • Onboarding experience of the client and ensuring they understand and use the license accordingly for client activation
  • Collect feedback about our solutions & handles customer escalations
  • Timely / frequency of contact moments and Meet assigned targets linked to account value growth as well as churn.
  • Deal with downgrades and cancellations according to AM process along with product team and sales management
  • Inform your clients about, and up / cross-sell services to assigned clients while actively monitoring clients' license (over-)usage.
  • Participate to specific industry event to meet with key customers in person.
  • Maintain the CRM by ensuring your accounts / potentials are 100% accurately reflected and up to date for reports
  • What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service / customer success / account management
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Proficient use of English
  • Result and client oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solver, proactive and independent worker
  • Experience in SaaS Sales / Account management is a plus
