Job Summary :

EveryMatrix is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Presentation Designer to elevate our sales communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and strategy, with a passion for turning ideas into compelling visual narratives. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our solutions are presented to clients and prospects, ensuring our brand and message stand out in a competitive market.

What you'll get to do :

Design high-impact sales presentations and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
Create and maintain branded templates, graphics, and presentation guidelines.
Translate complex product info into clear, engaging visual stories.
Align messaging with client pain points and strategic goals.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams for content accuracy.
Keep sales materials up to date and consistent with brand standards.

What you need to shine :

2+ Years of proven experience as a Presentation Designer or in a similar role, preferably in the B2B environment (work portfolio is a must).

Proficiency in presentation design software is a must (we currently use PowerPoint).

Proficiency in graphic design software is a plus (Adobe Photoshop, Figma).

Strong design and layout skills and a sharp eye for detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Creative with a passion for visual storytelling and a keen understanding of commercial messaging, marketing, and competitive positioning.

Ability to translate industry and market insights into clear, compelling sales materials.
