THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our identity security strategy. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless and secure access across enterprise systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Active Directory.

- Architect and manage Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory to ensure secure identity and access management across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Implement and maintain Zero Trust principles, including secure authentication, least privilege access, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Develop and optimize Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies for enhanced security.
- Oversee Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), ensuring compliance with access management best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with business applications, SaaS platforms, and enterprise security systems.
- Monitor and improve IAM automation, ., using PowerShell, scripting and identity lifecycle management tools.
- Respond to security incidents, troubleshoot identity-related issues, and conduct periodic access reviews.
SKILLS
You should have5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory administration.Strong knowledge of OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and other authentication protocols.Hands-on experience with IAM security frameworks, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Protection tools.Proficiency in scripting, ., PowerShell, for automation and system management.Understanding of Zero Trust security models and modern identity governance concepts.Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and SaaS platforms.Security certifications (., Microsoft Certified : Identity and Access Administrator Associate, CISSP, or Azure Security Engineer) are a plus.VALUES
