Cerințe :

Cunoștințe obligatorii de AutoCAD și Excel.
Capacitatea de a citi proiecte tehnice și arhitecturale.
Cunoștințe solide de limbaj tehnic și experiență în înțelegerea proiectelor și planurilor arhitecturale.
Abilitatea de a gestiona mai multe deschideri simultan.
Disponibilitate de a călători în proporție de 70% din timp.
Cunoștințe bune de MS Office.
Cunoașterea limbii engleze și / sau spaniole.

Descrierea jobului

Responsabilități

Implicare activă în coordonarea procesului de deschidere a magazinelor.

Comunicare și colaborare cu reprezentanții centrelor comerciale din punct de vedere arhitectural și tehnic.

Planificarea și executarea planurilor de acțiune pentru deschiderea magazinelor în vederea respectării termenelor planificate.

Gestionarea relației cu firma de amenajare interioară – creare de calendare și programe pentru a respecta termenul de deschidere stabilit.

Colaborare directă cu arhitecții, firma de mobilier desemnată și furnizorii de lucrări de amenajare.

Controlarea și implementarea planului de acțiune pentru deschiderea magazinelor, de la conceptul de brand până la predarea spațiului către echipa de retail.

Colaborare cu managerii tehnici pentru a respecta standardele privind starea proprietăților (mobilier, pardoseli, iluminat, pereți, sprinklere, prevenirea incendiilor, sănătate și siguranță).

Planificarea, coordonarea și gestionarea activităților de construcție, asigurând respectarea obiectivelor de siguranță, calitate și termene.

Monitorizarea progresului proiectelor, identificarea eventualelor probleme și implementarea de soluții pentru menținerea proiectului pe drumul cel bun.

Pregătirea și revizuirea planurilor de construcție, programelor și bugetelor.

Asigurarea respectării tuturor cerințelor legale și a obținerii avizelor necesare.

Acționarea ca punct de legătură între echipa de proiect, părțile interesate și autorități.

Pregătirea de rapoarte și actualizări regulate pentru managementul superior.
