Join PepsiCo as Supply Chain Finance Lead – East Balkans

We’re looking for a results-driven finance professional to lead the Supply Chain Finance agenda across the East Balkans region. In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with the CFO and Supply Chain leadership to shape strategy, drive cost efficiencies, and support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a key business partner to the Supply Chain Lead, supporting decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain (from manufacturing to distribution).
  • Co-lead strategic supply chain planning and support long-term business growth and productivity goals.
  • Evaluate and optimize cost performance across supply chain operations to ensure delivery of service at the lowest sustainable cost.
  • Lead financial analysis for cross-functional projects, capital investments (~$51M annually), and supplier negotiations.
  • Drive strong financial governance, ensuring the integrity of investment cases and capital allocation decisions.
  • Take joint ownership of the supply chain P&L and collaborate on setting and delivering financial targets.
  • Identify trends and lead deep-dive analyses to improve performance and return on capital.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on PepsiCo’s supply chain performance while collaborating with senior leaders across multiple countries.

Qualifications

What make you a good fit for the role :

  • University degree, with Finance and / or Accounting focus preferred
  • 5+ years of hands-on managerial experience (strong people management skills) and a focus on leading, coaching and developing teams
  • Proven Thinking Skills, Hunger and Curiosity to influence Strategic Finance Agenda
  • Ability to drive large scale change initiatives
  • Influencing Skills with highest level of Stakeholders
  • Tactical and Strategic Decision Making with autonomy
  • English proficiency
  • Availability to travel
