YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Management of the candidate database (including verification and pre-selection of applications)
Organizing interviews and business meetings
Placing job advertisements on job boards and social networks
Supporting the HR Manager in daily tasks and administrative work
Preparation of reports, statements, presentations
Creating local content creation (. employee-generated videos, testimonials, visuals for social media), participating with your team in adapting campaigns and relevant content for different segments.
Supporting employer branding activities through organizing events like career fairs & high school presentations
Organization and settlement of business trips

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

High motivation to develop in the HR area

Good knowledge of English or German

Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities

Commitment, initiative and a high degree of independence of action

Genuine interest in working with creative platforms, for example, Canva, video editing, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook

Excellent communication skills, conversational skills

Commitment, initiative and independence of action
