Are you fluent in Danish and seeking an exciting (remote) opportunity in Greece? At Mercier Consultancy MD , we are eager to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Danish Speaking Customer Representative.

Your Role :

Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries with professionalism and care.
Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Become proficient in our client systems to deliver high-quality service.

Requirements

Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is crucial for effective communication with clients.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Willingness to learn new tools and technologies for remote work.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Open to working (remotely) while residing in Greece!
