About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Production Cost Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing production costs, driving financial transparency, and supporting business decisions through accurate reporting and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Independently determines monthly, quarterly, and annual production cost results; analyzes, interprets, and reports them according to financial management and external auditor instructions

Analyzes variances between standard and actual costs and contributes to the reporting of performance indicators

Actively participates in the annual review and calculation of standard costs

Ensures compliance with SOX standards; helps create and implement internal controls and related procedures; conducts regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Proposes and supports improvements to systems and processes to adapt to evolving business needs

Contributes to mid- and long-term forecasts and budgeting, considering alternative scenarios and relevant economic conditions

May provide guidance or training to less experienced team members

Identifies and evaluates continuous improvement initiatives related to production processes

Requirements

University degree in Economics, Accounting, Economic Engineering, or related fields

Master's degree required in the same fields

MBA or PhD is a plus

Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of finance and analytics

Excellent planning and time management skills

Good understanding of both economic and manufacturing environments

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage

Good command of English

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
