Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of monthly soft skills training programs that align with the organization's goals.
  • Support the customization of soft skills learning programs based on specific requests from employees and teams.
  • Help create a positive learning environment during training sessions, promoting engagement and participation.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of participant attendance and engagement in training sessions.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to gather insights and contribute ideas for program improvements.

Job Requirements Required Professional Competences :

  • Excellent communication skills both in Romanian and English;
  • Candidates with academic backgrounds in Human Resources, Training, or related disciplines are highly encouraged to submit their applications.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity and persuasiveness in interactions.
  • Basic presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences during training sessions and effectively convey key messages.
  • Creativity and innovation, contributing fresh ideas to enhance training programs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly creating presentations using PowerPoint.
