Mission and Goal

We’re hiring a Strategic Partnerships Operations Coordinator to support the execution of high-impact partner campaigns across Europe. You’ll play a critical role in enabling media and strategic partnerships that help grow our brand presence and customer acquisition — from onboarding partners and tracking budgets, to ensuring campaign assets are delivered on time.

The Strategic Media Partnerships are critical to the success of our brands in key markets. These include a wide range of initiatives — from performance-based lower-funnel campaigns to broader mid- and upper-funnel activations. This role ensures seamless execution of those campaigns, supports onboarding of new partners, and helps manage the effective allocation and tracking of partnership budgets.

Objectives

  • Support the successful onboarding of strategic and media partners (e.g. PCMag) across key markets
  • Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) and coordinate with Finance and Procurement
  • Track campaign timelines and ensure smooth execution across regions
  • Brief internal teams and coordinate delivery of required campaign assets
  • Monitor and track budget allocation, ensuring spend aligns with campaign goals and partner performance
  • Support the execution of partner campaigns from setup through to launch
  • Monitor campaign results and support post-campaign reporting and review

Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics, dashboards, and attribution models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a support capacity and contribute meaningfully within cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Google Analytics)
  • Highly organised, collaborative, proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced team
