Role Overview : Finance Data Analyst will support data quality and compliance of finance records across systems. This role requires a foundational understanding of finance data processes and controls, with adequate knowledge of how finance data is defined, produced, identified, maintained, delivered, and consumed. The analyst will monitor data quality KPIs, execute data corrections, and identify pain points around data lifecycles to share with Data Domain Owners and other stakeholders in collaboration with the Data Office What will you do? 1. Data Quality Management : Support global data quality improvement activities Perform data correction and cleansing in DFL and local ERPs Conduct data activities to support Horizon and Unify global projects Identify and resolve data quality issues, working closely with data owners and stewards Monitor data quality metrics and assist in implementing corrective actions when necessary 2. Operational Tasks : Demonstrate strong ownership in understanding business needs and priorities Support data extraction for deep dive reviews and reporting requirements Prepare and coordinate updates of responses and follow-ups on data cleansing files from stakeholders on various finance transformation activties Partner with business and functional teams to develop and implement data stewardship routines Identify areas for improvement and process enhancement within the data governance framework Provide user support and training to other stakeholders when necessary 3. Collaborate and interact cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including : Data Office Finance and Accounting Master Data Stewards in various domains Digital Team What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Experience : 1-3 years of experience in finance data management or related roles Understanding of finance master data attributes Familiarity with data management frameworks Experience with SAP systems, Oracle, Tableau, BI tools is a plus Skills : Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage, manipulate, and optimize data mapping in a large organization Attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies Strong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders Let us learn about you!
