What you will do

What you will bring
Excellent German language skills .Very good English communication skills.Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.Good computer literacy.Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.Bachelor’s degree preferred.What we offer
