We are seeking a talented  Senior Applications Developer (React & PHP) individual to join our team at  Marsh McLennan . This role will be based in  Cluj-Napoca , Romania, as part of our local Tech Hub.

This role plays a crucial part as we are looking for someone who possesses exceptional technical expertise and the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders. This role is designed for an independent thinker who thrives outside the confines of traditional Agile frameworks.

We will count on you to :

• Write clean and reusable code
• Perform effective unit testing to ensure quality output
• Be able to comfortably engage with business stakeholders, ask insightful questions and extract actionable specifications
• As a technical authority, manage expectations effectively, including saying no when necessary
