We are looking for an experienced professional with exceptional people skills to lead and manage our Customer Success and Enterprise Sales team. This person should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a people management roles and 2 years of enterprise sales experience. They should be able to lead with empathy and have learning agility. They should be highly proficient in English, both verbal and written, and comfortable leading customer meetings over web conferencing tools such as Teams and Zoom.

Responsibilities
Activities will include :
Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
Foster a collaborative team environment
Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
Communicating with the team’s strategic clients as needed, to foster retention and growth
Collaborating with various internal departments to share feedback
Required Skills and Experience
Experience working in and enterprise environment or with international corporations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn our internal software tools
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to find creative solutions to complex issues
Excellent interpersonal skills : positive attitude, proactive and accountable, respect and dignity for everyone.
Exceptional communication skills to regularly interact with team members and other stakeholders.
Professional presentation and communication skills, both written and video
Data analysis skills and the ability to interpret data
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexible schedule to accommodate mostly US customer base
