A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Project scheduler you play a meaningful role in turning ideas into reality. You will be responsible for much of the administrative work around a project. From the planning phase of the project and throughout its execution, you support project managers and project teams, so project goals are optimally achieved!

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Processing of documents in the system and plant business, as well as in individual cases in the product business.
  • Handling projects in the system and plant business in collaboration with a project manager and the commercial project management (for complex projects) or as a sub-project manager responsible for order processing, cost monitoring, schedule management / logistics, and documentation management.
  • Reviewing project obligations and updating delivery dates for key components and services (Order Management).
  • Preparation and compilation of internal and external project documentation according to contractual requirements.
  • Performing operational tasks in project execution / team.
  • Preparation and compilation of the project schedule in collaboration with project team members.
  • Organizing delivery schedule management and logistics for projects.
  • Creating, reviewing, and filing project documentation, schedules in MS Project.

What You Bring :

  • Experience with bidding and processing processes desired.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office required.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP required.
  • Successfully completed job-related training, Scheduling with MSProject, a document management system
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Assertiveness to achieve economic project execution.
  • Willingness to learn internal IT tools to perform tasks.
  • Teamwork and empathy to meet quality requirements and deadlines.
