Job Description
As a Product Owner in the HR&IT UDO domains, you will act as the strategic link between HR business stakeholders and the UDO domains. You will own the product backlog, prioritize initiatives, and ensure the delivery of impactful, data-driven solutions that support HR&IT decision-making and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate HR business needs into actionable analytics and data requirements.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the domain lead.
- Lead agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews).
- Ensure data products meet user needs and business objectives.
- Engage with HR business key users to gather feedback and define KPIs.
- Align with the domain lead on roadmap, budget, and strategic goals.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a data or analytics environment.Strong understanding of HR processes and analytics use cases.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.General user knowledge of SQL, SNK (database), and Power BI.
