Your day to day :

We’re currently looking for a L1 Service Desk Spain to ensure timely and effective resolution of end-user IT related issues.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business :

  • Takes internal customer calls,
  • Logs, troubleshoots and dispatches IT issues to the next level, with the aim of ensuring quick and effective resolution.
  • Collects data for internal reporting.
  • Ensures service level agreements’ fulfilment;
  • Schedule – availability to work in extended shifts, the schedule can be changed based on the business requirements

With these skills you are a great candidate :

  • Operating Systems Knowledge
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (O365)
  • Basic networking skills (LAN, WAN, TCP / IP etc)
  • Mobile Operating Systems knowledge (Android, iOS)
  • Active Directory knowledge
  • Spanish C1 or above
  • Tobi chatbot
