Your Key Responsibilities

• Data Integrity : Maintain accurate configuration information on IT assets and services to support critical service management processes.
• Governance : Enforce policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to defined processes.
• Reporting : Design and produce detailed asset reports, KPIs, and management insights for stakeholders.
• Collaboration : Work with teams across IT and business functions to ensure the CMDB serves as a single source of truth.
• CMDB Dashboard : He / she is a person who will look after the results of health dashboard and take corrective measures
• CMDB Management : Maintain and update the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Data Integration : Design and manage data integrations between ServiceNow and other IT systems
• Technical Support : Provide technical support for IT operations, troubleshooting issues related to the CMDB and associated integrations.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the eƯiciency and eƯectiveness of CMDB management.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for CMDB processes, data integration workflows, and technical support procedures.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for CMDB management and data integration.
