Invoice to Cash Team Lead

Kellanova is excited to welcome an Invoice to Cash (ITC) Team Lead to our Bucharest team! In this role, you will lead a fantastic team of 10 ITC Associates, working together to manage cash flow, performance, and ensure customer satisfaction across Europe. Our office, conveniently located at Floreasca Park, near Aurel Vlaicu subway station, offers a hybrid work arrangement that balances in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

• Lead a High-performing Team : Manage and mentor a team of 10 associates covering Europe
• Drive Operational Excellence : Oversee collections, deductions, invoicing, and cash application processes while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Be The Go-to Expert : Act as the primary contact for escalations and critical issues, collaborating with CFOs, Treasury, and Finance Directors.
• Champion Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Foster a Customer-First Culture : Promote strong internal and external relationships and deliver a seamless ITC experience.
