THESE ARE YOUR TASKS
- Creating and publishing job adverts on various platforms, such as Indeed, Stepstone, print magazines or our career website
- Coordinating and conducting job interviews and preliminary interviews
- Checking incoming applications and pre-selecting suitable candidates for our managers
- Recommending and selecting suitable recruiting tools and channels
- Actively sourcing candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. Xing or LinkedIn)
- Contact person (m / f / d) for applicants during the recruiting process.
- Close cooperation and coordination with the HR business partners in the course of selection decisions and recruiting strategies
- Active participation in the entire recruiting process
- Contact person (m / f / d) for temporary employment agencies or recruitment agencies
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
