Key Responsibilities :

• HR Operations : Manage employment documents, payroll processing, and leave administration.
• Training Programs : Support the development and delivery of training programs tailored to different departments, fostering employee growth and compliance.
• Employee Well-Being : Contribute to initiatives promoting work-life balance, mental health awareness, and a positive work environment.
• Onboarding : Coordinate aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive necessary information and support during their transition.
• HR Inquiries : Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, directing employees to the appropriate channels or providing initial assistance.
• Policy and Process Improvement : Collaborate with the HR Manager on policy development, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
• HR Reporting : Support HR reporting and data management, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making.
• Ad Hoc Projects : Handle ad hoc HR projects and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
