Join Our Team as a Customer Success Champion in Vibrant Sofia, Bulgaria!

Location : Sofia, Bulgaria (On-Site)

Languages Required :

Romanian (C1)
English (B2)

Flexible Working Hours :

40 hours per week , 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts in rotational shifts.

Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 PM

Saturday and Sunday : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (local market time zone)

Your Typical Day and Key Responsibilities :

Assist customers via email, chat, and phone , ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.

Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, brand, and industry to provide accurate information and support to customers.

Conduct research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Build trust and loyalty through positive interactions, embracing new challenges with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
