Suntem cei care reinventeaza bankingul in fiecare zi prin solutii de digitalizare, educatie financiara si finantare sustenabila. Anual, 1 din 5 romani isi cumpara o locuinta folosind serviciile si produsele BCR si 1 din 6 romani acceseaza credite pentru nevoi personale.

Cum vei contribui

Identifici nevoile clientilor persoane fizice si le recomanzi cele mai potrivite solutii de economisire, investitii si creditare;
Promovezi si vinzi produsele si serviciile bancii si ale subsidiarelor BCR;
Asiguri asistenta clientilor existenti si potentiali, in concordanta cu gama de produse disponibile;
Gestionezi solicitarile clientilor referitoare la contractele de economisire-creditare;
Asiguri implementarea contractelor de economisire / creditare in sistemele informatice;
Dezvolti portofoliul de clienti prin oferirea de solutii personalizate profilului acestora.

Ce te va ajuta sa ai succes

Bune abilitati de negociere, de comunicare orala si scrisa;

Orientare catre client si capacitatea de a gasi rapid solutii;

Abilitati de operare PC (cunoasterea pachetului MS Office constituie un avantaj);

Studii superioare, de preferat in domeniul economic;

Minim 1 an experienta relevanta in institutii financiar-bancare / vanzari / relatii cu clientii / call center;

Certificat de Absolvire eliberat de Institutul de Studii Financiare (desfasurarea activitatii de distributie a produselor de asigurare aflate in portofoliul asiguratorilor cu care banca colaboreaza necesita obtinerea / detinerea si mentinerea valabilitatii Certificatului de Absolvire eliberat de Institutul de Studii Financiare, pe toata perioada de desfasurare a acestei activitati).
