THE MISSION : WHAT WILL AWAIT FOR YOU

• To manage and develop a number of clients from Sud East area of Romania (Constanta, Galati, Braila, Tulcea, Buzau, Slobozia, Calarasi, Bucuresti)
• Manage and maintain the relationship with customers from the allocated area to develop the business for the whole product portfolio
• Reach sales objectives ( sell in, sell out) and qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the National Sales Manager
• Maintain a good collaboration with merchandisers and consultants from stores, constantly considering the optimal use of resources in the geographical area assigned
• Implement in the points of sale the recommended planograms, agreed assortment, secondary placements, and other promotional elements .
• Identify the potential and development opportunities of the point of sales in the area of responsibility, create and implement action plans meant to materialize the identified opportunities
• Together with the National Sales Manager, organize and optimize client visits and daily routes,
• Organize and optimize routes and schedule for merchandisers and shop consultants
• Build customer business using data, knowledge and resources : sales figures , merchandising , assistance technique , information on consumer behavior in different categories
• Constantly shares feedback on actions, undertaken by clients and / or competition, which can impact the business evolution. The feedback is communicated to colleagues from the headquarter (Commercial , Trade Marketing, Marketing, Logistics, etc.)
