Responsibilities

Tu feras partie de l’équipe de Gestion Administrative pour les salariés des Filiales du Groupe de Société Générale. Ton travail sera effectué à l’aide des logiciels informatiques dédiés à la gestion des dossiers RH, le traitement des sollicitations réceptionnées et l’archivage de la documentation des collaborateurs.

Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à :

Gérer les absences de la populatin in scope (Maladie, evenement spéciaux)
Gérer les déclarations Maladie auprès de la CPAM (et analyse avec la paie)
Gérer les anomalies de pointages
Gérer les modifications à la Mutuelle
Gérer les dossiers d’embauche sur les Filiales in-scope, en fonction de particularités de chaque convention (si applicable)
Gérer les visites médicales de nouveaux salariés
Gérer les rapports des absences de détachés
Mettre à jour le dossier personnel (l’adresse, l’état civil, le compte bancaire, l’option restaurant etc.)
Gérer les éléments variables de la rémunération : les campagnes récurrentes au cours de l’année (Frais de transport)
Vérifier et faire le suivi de la validité de titres de séjour des collaborateurs étrangers en France

Profile required

Français au niveau avancé (écrit et parlé);

Anglais au niveau moyen (écrit et parlé);

Familiarisation avec l’utilisation des outils informatiques;

Un an d’expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines (administration du personnel, paie).

Attention aux détails, rigueur;

Bonne communication;

Respect des normes et procédures;

Personne habituée à travailler avec des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs;

Personne autonome, réactive et proactive;

Orientation aux résultats;

Ponctualité et respect des délais;

Motivation pour travailler dans le domaine des ressources humaines;
