Kounsel is hiring creative Content Creators to produce engaging videos and host interactive livestreams across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. As a promoter of our brand, you’ll create content that drives engagement, builds community, and boosts sales.
In addition to an hourly base rate, you’ll have the chance to earn performance-based bonuses for high engagement and conversions.

What You’ll Do
- Create short-form and long-form video content (tutorials, behind-the-scenes, product demos and more) to promote Kounsel.
- Host live streams, answer audience questions, and drive product awareness.
- Build relationships with followers through comments, DMs, and live interactions.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with campaigns.
- Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

Benefits
Base Compensation :
You will receive a fixed payment for producing the video. The compensation structure varies based on the type of video.
Performance-Based Incentives
In addition to the base pay, you are eligible for performance bonuses based on the video's engagement and sales performance across platforms :
0.001 per view
0.01 per like
0.10 per comment, save, or share
10%–20% commission on each sale generated
