We are looking for a System Administrator who is responsible for designing, building, supporting and optimizing Windows & Linux Server systems in an international environment.

• Install, patch, and perform system backups and recovery.
• Maintain system efficiency and security for computer systems and networks.
• Monitor system configuration and maintain data files.
• Install Windows & Linux operating systems, software, configure email servers
• Deploy and operate central management solutions
• Configure IIS servers and Intranet + Internet web applications. Monitor the performance and security for them.
• Configure networking for the various systems within the infrastructure
• Install and configure SQL Server instances and maintain the security required in line with general guidance’s of the organization
• Provide user access to server resources and applications (authentication and authorization of directory services)
• Ensure a system design based on user needs. Allow all components to work properly together
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users. Analyze and isolate issues; provide root-cause analysis and solutions for the identified issues
• Make recommendations for future platform upgrades and scale-ups
• Propose and implement solutions and architectures for systems and networks based on users’ needs and new requirements
• Monitor system usage and performance requirements; optimize systems’ capacity while balancing performance with costs
• 3-5 years of experience with managing Windows Server 2016 , 2019, 2022
• 3-5 years of experience working with VMware-based cloud solutions
• 3-5 years of experience working with Linux : Red Hat / Ubuntu / Debian
• Windows / Linux clusters
• Load Balancers (HAProxy, Keepalived, NGINX, IIS ARR, NLB)
• Good knowledge of networking concepts such as SSL, DNS, routing protocols, subnetting, TCP and UDP, and protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP and FTP
• Good knowledge of IIS 10+
• Experience with SQL Server BI Suite 2016, 2019, 2022 – administration, security, cluster
• Active Directory knowledge and hands-on experience
• Experience in working managing machines via WinRM / WMI
• Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting
• Firewalls(software), MySQL, PostgreSQL, PHP, Apache, NGINX, Tomcat,
• Experience in performing security assessments on infrastructures and applications; knowledge of tools such as Nessus is a plus
• A good grasp of CIS frameworks
• Very good level of English, French would be a plus
• Capacity for analysis and synthesis of technical problems
• Ability to work with international partners
