If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards :

• Supports the warranty analysis (when needed) to assist understanding when deeper part analysis is requested.
• Leads problem solving activities when root cause origin is of an engineering technical nature (e.g. : HOD mat failure, leather peeling issue etc.);
• Attends warranty follow-up customer meetings (when required), to report-out on part analysis cause findings, additional testing status, updates and timing. This communication shall be aligned with CQM and quality warranty team.
• Follows technical 8Ds to closure.
• Works in close contact with internal warranty quality team, customer and suppliers.
• Brings lessons learned from field to improve current development standard on new programs.
