As a Marketing Specialist in the field of Ultrasound products, you will support our marketing activities in South East Europe in further developing the appearance of Mindray in an advertising-effective manner. You bring in your creative ideas and support us in the conception and implementation of marketing measures. Your responsibilities : Development and implementation of internal and external marketing measures, in particular revising brochures & website content. Planning and preparation, implementation and follow-up of trade fairs, congress activities and marketing events. Creation and evaluation of marketing campaigns (e-mail newsletter, direct mailings, print advertisements, specialist articles, etc.). Creation and administration of marketing related documents (lead management, marketing asset tracking, reference lists, etc.) KOL Management : develop and maintain KOL relationships. Training system : establish the training system, plan and supervise the implementation of training for internal and external teams. Close coordination with the international headquarter in China, as well as the local sales and marketing team. What are we looking for in you? Experience in the medical devices sector in ulrasound line is a must! Very good relations with Key Opinion Leaders from the ultrasound market. Having marketing experience is important but choosing the right candidate we will be focusing on ultrasound experience. If you have the good knowledge of those kind of medical devices (being for example Product Specialist or Product Manager) and you would like to learn marketing skills- don't hesitate to apply! Very good verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English. Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or business administration or relevant field would be a strong plus. Experience in the medical devices sector would be a strong plus. High creative energy and ability to recognize differentiated scenarios. Confident handling of MS Office - especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word - as well as internet and social media skills. Structured, independent and accurate working manners. Good knowledge of software tools for editing graphics (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc.) is an advantage.
