Expert Supplier Quality

Qualifications

Execute feasibility study with potential series supplier (beforenomination) for relevant buyparts

Coordination of Q-requirements with potential series supplier(content of drawing, TTD, PPAP…)

APQP-Coordination with supplier (Content, timeline tracking)

Coordination / Discussion PPAP (after evaluation) with supplierand schedule optimizations (if needed) / PPAP release

Process Audit at supplier (Process Audit, Traceability, FMEAReview, Evaluate Process Quality..)

Run@Rate buy parts finished

Responsibilities

Experience minumum 3 years in Supplier Quality Management

Auditor qualification according VDA (advantage)

APQP-PPAP (advantage) , SPC / MSA , FMEA (advantage)
