Within this role you will be supporting our Tenders team with all procedures to do with processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining contact with Customers regarding all Tender Analytic procedures. This position will be a 1 year contract.

A Day in the Life

• Prepares and submission of required documentation connected to public tenders and bid
• Supports tender team in pricing aspects of tender process and online catalogue selling
• Administers customer contract pricing and ensure pricing governance according to company policy
• Manages pricing disputes & overrides.
• Maintains contacts with the customers in relation to tender contracts and other business offers
• Manages tender contracts and contract data base according to company policy and keeps all parties involved about pending status of contracts
