You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How you will contribute

As a Specialist or Junior Specialist in DACH (AT / DE / CH) Payroll in Mondelēz International Business Services, you will be an important part of our team responsible for smooth and accurate service operations. You will bring your in-depth knowledge of payroll to ensure that our service agreements are met and processes are streamlined.

Your tasks :

• Willingness to cooperate and handle the monthly salary run for approx. 600 employees, including expats
• Joint responsibility for the interfaces to the pension fund and financial accounting
• Contact person for employees, authorities and insurance companies in wage and social security issues
• Control and processing of continued payment of wages in the event of absences
• Implementation of year-end processes ( preparation of salary statements and settlements with social / personal insurance companies, including auditing)
• In case of suitability and interest, cooperation in complex tax issues of expat taxation, as well as in employee participation
• Invoice processing

Hint :  The future responsibility for the DACH region will take place gradually and includes the support of payroll activities in Switzerland and Germany. Appropriate training and induction are guaranteed.
