FLSmidth is seeking a Group Tax Advisor - Transfer Pricing to support change in a dynamic environment, as well as everyday business. You will be based either in our Global Business Center (GBC) in Bucharest or Monterrey together with GBC’s Tax team or in our headquarter in Valby. Our GBC in Bucharest will provide key services across our business including IT, Finance, HR, Customer Services and our Manufacturing Center of Excellence, just to name a few. GBC Tax is part of the Global Tax team, so you will have tax colleagues all over the world.

This role reports to the Head of Transfer Pricing, located in Valby, Denmark.

Your responsibilities

This role entails global reach, and broad cross-functional engagement.

Operational Transfer Pricing, including modelling, financial analysis and monitoring.

Transfer pricing compliance and enhancing effective processes of this.

Preparation and update of intercompany agreements.

Ad hoc advisory on various Transfer Pricing matters, including tax and transfer pricing audits.

What you bring

A positive, proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and international setting.

You have at least 2-3 years of experience within transfer pricing, as well as experience in an international environment.

An analytical and structured approach to work

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Experience with finance processes is preferred, but not a requirement

Background from another global in-house tax department and / or accounting or law firm.

Bachelor or Master in Economics, Business Economics, Accounting, Finance or Law.
