Job Description :

We are looking for an innovative and driven Digital E-Commerce Consultant to join our Procurement Business Outsourcing team. This role is pivotal in promoting and implementing a cutting-edge tailspend / marketplace solution focused on indirect procurement. The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales / marketing expertise, with significant experience in marketplace and digital commerce solutions, and a profound professional services mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Spearhead the roll-out and adoption of our marketplace solution across the organization, ensuring seamless integration with existing procurement systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize the marketplace platform to meet business needs and enhance user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights that support decision-making and marketplace optimization.
• Develop and execute training and change management programs to ensure stakeholder buy-in and effective use of the platform.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives within the procurement domain, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
