Experience with RDA / RPA, Alteryx, Tableau, or other business intelligence applications favourable. Good English skills required; German skills favourable.

A Snapshot of Your Day
As a member of our project support team, you will contribute with commercial project support to the execution of our Field Service & Tools, Repair and Spare Part offers and orders.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Contribute with commercial project support to the execution of our Field Service & Tools, Repair and Spare Part offers and orders.
- Ensure efficient on-schedule delivery of necessary goods and services in accordance with the project requirements including all necessary clarifications with the logistics and export control departments.
- Support the execution of our Field Service & Tools orders and offers. Support cost controlling on project level incl. re-bookings of costs in alignment with the HQ CPM
- Creation of project structures (WBS) in relevant SAP systems including status tracking up to preparation of project clean-up and closure
- Preparation of time & material invoicing to the regional entities or customers as per contract / order.
- Support commercial project management related tasks , preparation of tax related documentation for Permanent Establishments, assistance in delegation of Field Service employees, preparation of ICFR documentation, clarification of Export Control and Customs requirements, maintenance of key project data.
