KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Cooperation with teams all over the world
- Interact with various applications, access information, search data, create reports, report incidents, write emails, take calls
- Learn a lot of technical details about the world of payment terminals
- Excel in interruptions and switching between activities, emails, calls

KEY REQUIREMENTS :
2-3 years of experience in Operations, Information Technology or Technical Help Desk functions (ex. customer care, back office services for operational and technical support)Fluent in Romanian and EnglishGood knowledge of Excel and MS Office packageEffective communication and quick decision makingEducation from a technical-oriented institute is consider advantageBenefits
