Responsabilities :
- Analyzing financial reports and records
- Check and analyze protocol expenses and made the recommendation if is necessary
- Check if VAT to be reimbursed in the 5 year limitation period and make adjustments, if necessary
- Generate VAT journals and check with registered invoices
- Complete monthly VAT declarations for submission to ANAF
- Calculate profit tax and complete the Declarations 100 and 101
- Assists in preparing financial statements
- BNR and INS reporting
- Hedging DB Mobility
- Calculate GTS and report
- Closure of VAT accounts
- Performing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations
- Assisting with financial and tax audits
- Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team
- Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality
- Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers
Qualifications :
Preferably 5 years of relevant experiencePreferably international accounting certificate obtained, or in progressProficiency in working with ERP, preferably SAP FI moduleUniversity degree in the field of accounting, finance and economicsStrong accounting backgroundSeveral years of working experience preferably in large / global organizationsGood technical knowledge of MS officeEffective analytical and problem-solving skillsEnthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlinesAbility to understand complex environmentsSelf-motivation, quick learning and creative thinkingVery good English language skills, additional European languages are very beneficialYour aspirations are our priority.
