Field of activity
- Management and further development of the support team, divided into hotline, service desk and client hardware
- Expansion and automation of the ITSM platform and associated development and introduction of the associated processes
- Introduction, compliance, analysis and reporting of defined KPIs
- Responsibility for global user IT support
- Building, developing and implementing AI solutions to increase efficiency in IT support
- Continuous development of own skills and active pursuit of new technologies
