About this Position
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with strategic customers, ensuring the achievement of sales, profit, and market share targets. This role involves regular store visits, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing customer-specific strategies.
What you´ll do
- Target achievement according customer Plan (turnover, profit, market shares, KPIs, sales fundamentals)
- Managing and developing excellent relationship with Customer in order to achieve preferred supplier recognition
- Participates in regular meetings with decision-makers at customers (buyer, marketing, logistics, department manager / store manager)
- Make weekly visits (3 / 5 days) to the stores, look for development potential and define the next action steps
- Develop client specific OGSM (objectivs, goals, strategies, measures) based on customer insight, our business performance / position, growth potentials, overall competitive situation and company targets
