Mission
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts by building long-term, trust-based relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding business challenges and identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities for Inetum services
- Anticipate client needs and propose tailored solutions that support their digital transformation
- Actively monitor trends and developments in the IT market to support client strategies
- Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
- Ensure project profitability and client retention through regular follow-ups and business reviews
- Contribute to internal strategic planning based on client feedback and market insights
- Represent Inetum at industry events and through professional networks
- Achieve objectives related to account farming, growth, and profitability
