Descrierea postuluiLead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Management Configure core HR components including wage types, absences, pensions, master data Assist with setup of the Payroll Control Center Support integration with SAP Finance systems (ECC / S4HANA) and ensure proper company code alignment Ensure data consistency and synchronization across SAP, ECP, and SuccessFactors Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Finance, HR, and IT to improve HR operational efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, including system integration gaps and user ID mismatches Generate reports and perform analytics as required Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations, particularly Employee Central and Payroll Strong configuration skills in core HR elements and payroll processes Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S / 4HANA integration Expertise in managing data synchronization between platforms (SAP, ECP, SuccessFactors).
