We are seeking two experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to support the technical implementation and configuration of enhancements within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem for our client.
This project will transition from the discovery phase into solution design and full implementation.
Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Management
Configure core HR components including wage types, absences, pensions, master data
Assist with setup of the Payroll Control Center
Support integration with SAP Finance systems (ECC / S4HANA) and ensure proper company code alignment
Ensure data consistency and synchronization across SAP, ECP, and SuccessFactors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Finance, HR, and IT to improve HR operational efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, including system integration gaps and user ID mismatches
Generate reports and perform analytics as required

Profile :
Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations, particularly Employee Central and Payroll
Strong configuration skills in core HR elements and payroll processes
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S / 4HANA integration
Expertise in managing data synchronization between platforms (SAP, ECP, SuccessFactors).
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
Fluent in English
Experience working with multinational teams is a plus
