Location : Bucharest, Romania

Are you fluent in French and passionate about providing top-tier customer service?

Key Responsibilities :

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies

Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional tone

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to service-level agreements

Ideal Candidate :

Fluency in French (C1+) and English (B2+)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

Previous experience in customer service is a plus

EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Romania is required
