As Financial Controller you will be involved in month-end closing, monthly forecast, ACT vs Forecast deviations as well as planning and reporting activities for Grid Technology – Grid Solutions. You will work with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in- and outside Grid Technologies.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Supporting month-end reporting as well as forecasting & planning processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Actively monitor KPIs and highlight deviations for corrective actions to increase transparency.
- Involved in compilation of cost calculation, analysis of deviations months over months and assessment of adequacy of budgets.
- Identifying processes that can be automated and performed more efficiently.
- Communicate financial results and insights to senior management, business partners and other stakeholders.
What You Bring
Several years of relevant professional experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and controlling in a multinational controlling environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw conclusions and suggest mitigations.Enjoy working independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change.Ability to interact with diverse environments (cultures, internal stakeholders, business drivers).Expert in the use of Microsoft products (, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) as well as SAP FI / CO. Up to date with automation possibilities, ability to use IT for most efficient digitalization methods - it's a plus.Business fluent in English, basic knowledge of German is a plus.
